Hey vibrant souls!
Do you guys ever feel like you wish you could have an hour to yourself, but not spending the big bucks on it. Well I created my own little hour of peace today!
I lit a stress relief dented candle, turned on some relaxing tunes, and my scheduler!
- First I ran a warm bath with Pink Himalayan Mineral Salts. Which help relaxes your muscles and just smells amazing.
- I added lavender essentials into my skin before going into the bath. The smell is so soothing and relaxing!
Fun note: add essential oils to your bath to get that amazing, calming smell.
- I added a cucumber face mask to give my pores some extra love while I soaked up the good vibes.
- You can relax and listen to some calming tunes, but brig a journal or your schedule in their to write down how you’re feeling or working on your schedule.
Having an hour to yourself is so important emotionally, physically, and mentally.
Another fun note: ask your partner to join the relaxing time for a couples spa day!!
